Our founder and CEO, Ken Clarke, has ensured we maintain an impressive track record of conducting over 100 monthly inspections. Realtors who have established long-term relationships with us rely on our services for inspecting real estate homes, commercial properties, and investment properties. Our pride lies in serving hundreds of realtors in the South Florida area, with some partnerships going back to 1997. Through our consistent marketing efforts, we have also attracted buyers and sellers. We go above and beyond for our clients by providing referrals to trusted out-of-area Home Inspectors for those who purchase properties outside of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

A certified home inspector provides a verbal report at the end of the inspection, followed by a comprehensive computerized report tailored to each client and delivered within 24 hours. To further ensure our clients' peace of mind, we provide digital photos to document any severe defects that may have gone unnoticed. At KRC, our inspectors are certified by the state and must undergo rigorous continuing education to maintain their certification. This ensures that we have a deep understanding of both real estate and the construction industry. While we use cutting-edge testing equipment, our experienced inspectors' instincts are just as valuable. In fact, most of our inspectors have more than five years of hands-on experience in the field.
