A homeowner may compare several contractors for the same request. Leads are shared, and invitations do not guarantee an estimate, a job, or revenue. You choose which invitations to accept; the homeowner chooses whom to hire.
Matching depends on services, coverage, availability, and credential requirements. Membership does not bypass these checks.

Choose a plan with KRC
Basic listing is free. Paid plan activation and billing are arranged with KRC. Confirm the included tools, placement terms, any trial, and cancellation terms before enrolling. Submitting a profile does not start a paid subscription.
Pay per referral is 10% of the job value when the referral becomes work. For example, a $1,500 job has a $150 referral fee. Confirm when the fee is due in your agreement.
